FOR THOSE OF YOU WATCHING THE VIDEO: I LEFT OUT A SIGNIFICANT SEGMENT REGARDING THE TAPPET PLATE. MAKE SURE TO LEAVE ROOM ABOVE THE SECTOR GEAR FOR THE TAPPET PLATE. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, THEN IT WILL CREATE RESISTANCE AND THE TAPPET PLATE MAKE BREAK.
